S.R.C. Suspends Unizik S.U.G. President, Probes Alleged Missing 6.2M In Union’s Account»»

The president of the students’ Union Government, Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Comrade Ibe Chukwunonso has been suspended. This is coming in line with an alleged missing 6.2million from the unions fund, the transport sector.

The students’ representatives as earlier reported by NAUTIMES had yesterday summoned the president and the financial secretary, Comrade Chukwu Kenechi to both present an account of the happenings in the union’s transport sector. However, only the financial secretary accompanied by the treasurer honoured the invitation. All efforts to know the exact amount that then Union receives from the TTF i.e. transport proved abortive as the financial secretary could not tell.
